Heart flutter at the same time @04:00 each day

Hi All, I had a double ablation about a yr ago. Have been feeling great till this flutter at the same time each morning?
How is this possible? Feel great the rest of the time...
Any ideas anyone?

Hello, I'm getting what I call a fluttering sensation in my throat that takes my breath away for a quick second. What would that be?

This might sound really crazy, but if it happens at exactly the same time, you just might see if your bed is near your smart electric meter. The meter sends signals out at a certain time in the AM.  You just might want to research this.
