Since a few months ago I notice PVCs / PACs / whatever when I exercise hard, but mostly after. I feel them when my HR is 140+ , and usually I notice the pattern x - x - x - X
This is not the "usual" PVC with the big pause, I just feel like one of the beats is a little stronger and a little faster than others.
What kind of thing is it? PAC quadrigeminy? Does it mean something?
