Please tell me your story SSS

Married,Mother of 3 younge girls.  I started having random skipped beats/pauses when i was in my last trimester with my last bub almost 2 years old didnt think much of it. 4 months ago things developed with random skipped heart beats/pauses  for no resons, i then started getting tingles/pins n needles in my left arm, shortness of breath while talking, lightheadedness from changing positions, most recently i get confused with what i was about to do or was speaking about.  I have a 18month old and im normally a very light sleeper yet the past 2-3 weeks my sleeps are getting deeper and do not respond to her cries most nights unless ive been shaken or called at for at least 5mins. I fall asleep Easley which isnt like me and very tired. I find that my daily morning 1hour walks have reduced in half and so has my speed and incline. Ive stopped doing light weights as i feel blanked at random points. Mind u these symptoms arent daily some days i have them all and then i can go weeks without any symptom but my tiredness, shortness of breath while talking and deep sleep is daily. I had a ecg that showed a low heart rate of 48bpm and 4 pauses within 20mins. The doc then orded a 24hour holter monitor test  which indicated one drop of 38bpm and one 121 bpm and one irregular episode. Im now going for a echocardiography scanning in a few days and then seeing a cardiologist a week after that scanning. Im hoping they find the cause as its really starting to affect me. Ive had random faints and near faints feelhot and sweaty during sleeps and then ice cold the next minute. Every other test under the sun shows im health other than my ecg and holter monitor. My gp is assuming its a sign of me having SSS but only a cardiologist can comfirm now so the waiting gamefor thw echo scanning and cardiologist of killing me. Has anyone had any of these symptoms with SSS? Doc thinks im going to need a pacemake toowould love to hear your stories and how your diagnoses to SSS went. Thank you
