Post Ablation and Only Prescribed Nadolol!?

I just had a cardiac ablation for AVNRT two days ago. (I also have inappropriate sinus tachycardia but there's not much to do about that.) Afterwards, my cardiologist took me off my Flecainide and Diltiazem and put me on 10mg of Nadolol which I can increase to 20mg after a week if I feel like doing so. I was still feeling good from the sedation at the time, so I didn't question it but Nadolol is used to lower blood pressure and my blood pressure already runs low, so that's unnecessary. I wasn't prescribed anything else, no blood thinners, nothing. The only other medication I take is Clonazepam .25mg at night as well which I am slowly weaning off. I am 27 and otherwise healthy so is just taking only a low dose beta blocker after ablation ok? He's a great doctor and hasn't led  me wrong yet, but I'm nervous about clotting. I mean, they cut open my veins and poked around in my heart! Should I question this?

By the way, the only anticoagulant I received during my ablation, and probably yours too, was Heparin, a fast acting drug with a fast half life.

They did not "cut" your veins open.  The entrance point was merely punctured with a sharp "tool" similar to the needle used to donate blood.  Check the entry point, and you'll find it probably already just a red dot.  Beta blockers have no anti-clotting properties.  I think it's a good idea to discontinue it following the ablation procedure to help determine if the procedure was successful.
