Pulse in suprasternal notch should I be worried?

i  am an 18 year old male, about 2 years ago i felt i had a fairly strong pulse in my suprasternal notch, foolishly i started researching about it online and was rather alarmed to find that I could have an aortic aneurysm. I have had issues with anxiety in the past few months, I should also mention I have mild scoliosis, and have had numerous x-rays on my spine, an mri in the past 3 years on my spine, and an echocardiograph in the past 5 months, all these tests showed no signs of anything abnormal, but i'm not sure they were good enough to deduce an aortic aneurysm or other serious cardiovascular problem.
