Pvcs and the subconscious mind

Hello after a brief period with no pvcs they are back once again. I have always had horrible health anxiety and am focused on my heart majority of the time. I have been doing some research into the subconscious mind and trigger from it. I have read that you can have anxiety without even knowing from the way you train your brain. If the brain is programmed to react a certain way, in a certain situation, your subconscious can trigger that same anxiety every time you're in that situation. I think alot of my pvcs problems is from obsessing about it to the point that even my sub triggers anxiety that causes them, WHat do you guys think? If I stop worrying maybe they will occur much much less. An example of this is every time i get reassurance from a doc, the following day im pvcs free, but once m,y anxiety gets back up they come back.

I wish I could feel 6 a day :D  You don't know how lucky you are. When I have a "bad" day, I can feel 6 in....   5 minutes maybe. Sometimes I even feel 6 in 1 minute, so in this particular case, I wish I had your symptoms. :D

But my cardiologist said they were unusually noticable.

NO they do ablations for 10,000 a day. THey only consider ablation for people getting thousands a day. 10 a day is a really really low number.

Does anyone get an ablation for maximal 10 of PAC's a day? I do notice every on of them, and they always come during excercise, but also resting?

I hope you feel better soon.  Up until now, medical students have been taught that PVCs are benign.  That thinking is changing with new data.  The most recent article about this was a week ago (see link below).  Looks like ejection fraction will need to be periodically checked and if the burden is greater than 20,000 per day, intervention is required.   The 20000 is a rough cutoff because it will vary amongst individuals and that would be the reason to track LVEF to make sure it is steady and not dropping..

you this flare up has lasted about a month for me. even with this many it drives me crazy, and I live in fear. IDK how people live with 1000s a day.

I understand.  The lady in the video had PVCs for many years before it became unbearable.  It was educational for me to hear what she was going through and feeling before the doctors found a solution for her  I had one episode from over medication and I can't imagine have to live with frequent episodes over a prolonged period.  Best of luck to you and tackling this.

I appreciate the link but i dont get enough pvcs to consider ablation. I only feel like 6 a day right now.. idk how many i dont feel though. still very unsettling because they normally go away after a couple weeks. THis time they havnt.

Some places have the skills to treat PVCs - a testimony from a patient treated 6 years ago.
