SVT

I've had SVT ablation operations about 10 years ago with the symptoms of racing heart which was a great success. but the last 2 years I've felt dizzy/foggy and a sore neck, which last for a couple of days sometime more, then nothing for a month, then returns. Could it be SVT again with different symptoms.

Unlikely, symptoms will probably be the same if it recurs. Id look at musculoskeletal.. If this was an acute issue id be worried for meningitis but it keeps coming back

SVT has specific symptoms.  You had them before, and they haven't changed.  I'd look elsewhere for the cause of you feeling off.
