Safest antidepressant/adhd/anxiety med regarding PVC's

I used to have so many PVC's that "motivated doctors* wanted to ablate.
Luckily the PVC's decreased a lot in numbers so ablation has not been necessary.

Over the years I have noticed that a lot meds which are supposedly
safe regarding PVC's.... Really are not. (alpha or beta blockers, first gêneration antihistamines, etc=

Unfortunately I have a huge lifelong problem with not being able to motivate myself
or focus on important tasks.

I wish I could take some kind of supplement or med that treats one or both of these symptoms,
But I'm scared of the arrhytmia returning.

Any suggestions on which meds/supplements are safest?

Forgot to mention not to use more than 3 teaspoons of black cumin seed oil. Not only would that be deemed unsafe for the liver (even though it is seen as liverprotectice in the 1-3 tsp range!), it would also be  stronger than needed.

1 or 2 tsp is the optimaal dosage for me. BSO helps very well for depression in my experience , but it doesn't fix ADHD or anxiety.

I also have had many instances of episodes of PVC's over the years.  I am hypothyroid and sometimes I just need an adjustment to my meds, but I have come to understand that for me, the PVC's signal that my nervous system is overstimulated.  At the moment I have had a few days of frequent episodes and have started myself back on 5HTP to replenish my serotonin......I am slightly depressed and very unmotivated ..........I am looking forward to how I will feel in about a week.  Stress, as well as depression elevates cortisol levels, which increase other stress hormones....which affect the heart.  5HTP is a natural supplement.  I take 50 mg a day at lunchtime.

5-HTP can leave serotonin floating around in the body, where it's not supposed to be and effect the heart in a negative way.

L-tryptophan (the precursor to 5HTP) would be a more natural way to increase it.  Instead of L-tryptophan you could also look into Black cumin seed oil... this is a very powerful natural antidepressant that works in 1 hour. Has been used for over 1000 years all around the world and is safe, supposedly. Dont combine it with curcumin extract supplement, or it will be too strong. L-tryptophan didnt work for me personally.

Regarding my own motivation problem,
instead of using the Methylphenidate my brain desperately needs but my body cant tolerante, I'm now experimenting with conscious deep breathing. The breath and mind are intimately connected and I think by focusing on the breath it is possible to gain more self control/discipline.
