Should I see the doctor again?

Hi, I have been to the cardiologist few months ago, had echo and 24 holter, doc said I am fine. Structuraly normal heart, had 2 PACs during 24 hours.
I have panic attacks and health anxiety. Afraid of extrasystoles too.
Yesterday been wakeboarding which generated lots of adrenaline I guess. I got home after an hour or so, climbed upstairs to the fifth floor and as soon as I entered my flat and heart rhytm slowed downed I got episode of PAC bigeminy for like 15 seconds and then one more again for like 10 seconds. Scared the hell out of me. This was first time I expierienced it. Today had zero skipped beats. I am ashamed to go to the cardiologist again. Should I do it or bigeminy could be considered as frequent skipped beats and not more harmful as the single occasional ones?

Unless there is noticeable pain under your sternum (heart pain), just find a place to sit and get a handle on your breathing.  Don't fight, just slow down.  Breathe in for 5 full seconds and breathe out for 8.  Keep doing that till it becomes easy.  Let it pass and keep the controlled breathing for a few minutes.

In a normal heart such as yours, bigeminy is benign. Just think of it as a single PAC. You’re gonna be fine :)
