Do i have POTS?

While lying down my resting heart rate was 76.  After standing for 2-3 minutes my heart rate climbs to 110-115.  Would this be enough for POTS or does it need to go about 120?

I would not suspect it would indicate POTS.  I would suspect it would go higher and you would have more symptoms like feeling like you may pass out.  Like the other poster mentioned, a tilt table test would rule it out.  I would not worry too much.

In order to be identified and diagnosed as POTS you would need a tilt table test. You would be in an upright position for about an hour, or until you pass out. I'm under consideration for this, but I think it might be caused by something else.
