Sick sinus syndrom????

Hi im 26 years old, married and have 3 younge children. I started having tingles in my left arm a followed by pauses/skipped beats all very random happens in no order and not frequently, swelling in mainly my legs, puffed put when talking and very tired all the time. Ive also recently started getting cramps/stitches in my
Left rib  (probably heart) while doing my morning walks. I was walking 1 hour every morning qith enpigh speed to sweat but also be able to hold a conversation i no longer can have a conversation at that speed nore can i walk the hour im down to 30mins with a little less speed. My sleeps are getting deep that some times im not reaponding to bubs cries so i went to the docs. A ecg was done on the spot and my heart rate sat a 48bpm and had 4 pauses recorded about 90sec at a time. I then got sent to do a 24hour holter monitor that found 1 38bpm while sitting and 1 121 bpm while sleeping, 1 irregular beat also was indicated. I go weeks without a pause and then like yesterday i jad 3 short one in a row while resting. I fell asleep watching tv and took hubby 5mins of shaking and calling my name to wake me up. Im going for a echocardiograph scan tomorrow and then seeing a cardiologjst a week after that. I constantly take a deep breath every 5-10mins and sometimes i feel like i forget to breath while im awake. My current gp believes i have sss... does this relate to anyone else and please help by sharing your diagnoses story to give my some ease as im becoming obsessive to find out and stressing. Thank you

The fact I'm not responding during sleeps is very concerning. Ill keep updating. Any other advice or personal experience stories will be greatly appreciated

I presume they ordered an echo for you as well?

Sss is uncommon in younger individuals but it does happen. Fortunately theres a treatment for that:

Pacemaker implantation

While surgical procedures sound intimidating, pacemaker implantation has evolved to the point where the risk is pretty low. Its done as a same day type of procedure and the devices are so discreet now that you won't even know that it is there once it heals.

The echo however is a bit more relevant. The provider will likely want to ensure everything is structurally ok in light of the chest pain, shortness of breath and leg swelling; especially if these things get worse with exercise.

Your youth is a very reassuring factor here though. There are alot of treatment options and a good prognosis at 26 thats not as common at the ages these things are typically seen.

I was 51 when I got a pacemaker for SSS in April 2008. My heart goes into Sinus Arrest without it. I arrested 13 times the night before the procedure while I was on a monitored bed in the CCU. Got a replacement in October 2016. Next one should be in 2030 or 31.

CT scans and Echoes show a little calcification, but no damage to muscles, blood vessels or valves.
Thank you for sharing. My main concern is that my pulse is at 38bpm while sleeping and when bu  crys im unable to responde to her her it takes my hubby a few minutes to wake me and once he wakes me i feel like ive been punched in the rest with a quick acceleration and back down to normal. This is all so confusing and concerning and because im so younge no doctor os taking.me seriously they are saying neurological or just random bp drops maybe thats causing fainting eps.
