Standard procedures for ablation of V-Tach

I am healthy 47 year old woman with no underlying heart disease or damage. Was diagnosed with SVT in right atria and VT in left ventricle. The VT was dx'd as benign. Have been on beta blocker but still have symptoms. Had ablation done 2 weeks ago and successful on SVT but VT was too close to aorta. Refered to a larger more sophisticated hospital. The first ablation was done on out-patient basis. Now they want to pre-admit for 2 days prior to procedure because of taking me off of beta blocker prior to procedure. I will also be required for overnight stay afterwards for heparin therapy. Why the difference in pre and post for same procedure?

Why an ablation for VT if it was dx'd as benign? More to the point why are electrophysiologists willing to ablate what they are calling benign?

I don't know why. When I had my ablation in January 08 for a-fib and flutter I was admitted to hospital on Tuesday morning, the procedure was Wednesday morning and then I was released Friday evening. I have read from other people who have had ablations for a-fib at different hospital or EP that were admitted the same day as their procedure and only stayed overnight. I did have to stay until my coumadin levels were normal.
