Tachycardia Ventricular Asleep?

I'm 19, I tachycardias during sleep, causing small awakenings with hypotension and shortness of breath. In one of these episodes, to touch my wrist, I felt bursts of rapid heartbeat, but I ended up getting unconscious, do not know if it was very sleepy (it was the third hour of sleep) or if I passed out, but then I woke up remembering the occurred. I did holter few months without feeling these symptoms, and claimed that I had Pac and PVC. I did stress test and was not induced arrhythmias. I got to do three ECG, a health center, on different dates, and all accused elevation st like Brugada type 2, entando did other ECG in medical offices, and all the doctors told me that was reversed electrodes. My regular echocardiogram. I am presenting hypertension with crises of 18/15. Qt around 433ms, 160ms Pr. This day that I caught, tachycardia sleeping, I was polyuria all day. I will make a new Holter 24, but I'm preucupado I have some channelopathy, Tdp, B.Syndrome? I recorded the audio I sleep, and I noticed it has some moments that I give a loud breaths. I have noticed that my potassium dropped sharply in recent tests in March was 4.5 after April 4.0, I do not know how it is now. Normal thyroid, normal, magnesium, is however sodium is very limitrofe 144. I'm very worried. My sister had a syncopal episode this year, though she had done these fad diets, and spent three days in solid fasting. Did what I had is something dangerous, or just a PVC'S saved (NSVT) Fibrillation Supraventricular?

I have had Supraventricular Tachycardia for many years.  At first it was scary but once I was diagnosed and did some reading about it, it became just an annoyance.  I am on 25 mg Atenelol 2x a day.  The last couple years, I have experienced episodes that are very different...palpitations that can last from 1 min to an hour.  Lately they have been happening every day.  My doctor had me wear a Holter Monitor (which I have done many times over the years) but this time my doctor said I have something that is very rare Bigeminy and Trigeminy.  Because I have had SVT for so many years, I am not easily scared by heart arrhythmia's so I would be the kind that would ignore it and just deal with it.  However, as I have been reading about it, I realize it is something that must be checked out because there can be underlying causes.  I will be going to my cardiologist for tests in a couple of weeks.  Arrhythmia here and there for a few seconds or a flutter now and then is no big deal but if it goes on and on and is frequently happening...get it checked!

Whatever you felt is likely nothing to worry about but you may want to ask for a 30 day event monitor to try and catch it.  it can be hard to catch our issues within just a 24 hour period and a 30 day monitor may give you more time to catch it.  Best of luck.  Hope you are able to get to the bottom of things.
