why don't I feel the PVCs, but my chest will feel like someone is sitting on it.

I don't feel me have the PVCs, but my chest will feel like someone is sitting on it at times. I was seen in the ER at work (i work the VA Health Care Systems) and they told me I have PVCs and I am on a beta blocker. sometimes I will be fine and then all of a sudden my chest will feel congested like I have pneumonia and then it there are times where it will feel like someone stabbing me . I am going and seeing a cardiologist later this month. Also my heart rate will fluctuate all day long it will be at 57 then it can drop down to 32 but my O2 is at a 98. I have talked to some people at work and they have said I might have to have a pacemaker or an ablation or both. I am wondering if the things that are happening to me all related or are separate issues?

I don't think even a cardiologist could tell you what, if anything, is wrong based on your description.  It requires testing to rule out anything bad going on.  You have enough symptoms that warrant a workup.  It will probably be an EKG, a stress test, and possibly an echo.  There's also the ability to do a nuclear stress test.  These are used to determine if blood flow, structures, and wall motions are OK.

Don't use an ER for diagnostics.  They are skilled in stabilizing emergencies long enough to get them to people who have the right skills/knowledge.  See your family GP too.

Pacemakers are used when people have low heart rates that are symptomatic and in other more complex issues.  It doesn't sound like you are describing an arrhythmia that is treated with ablation.
