Thanks so much guys for commenting , feel much better now ! dont want to think that I had VT run , that stupid app is messing up some stuff . Thanks again !
These apps aren't measuring electrical impulses. ^^^^Michelle covers that well. The knuckle-heads that make these apps need to get rid of the wave forms, it's useless. They are doing this to sell more apps at the expense of scaring people.
You need to measure the electrical signals to see what's going, this is what an EKG does. Even then you need resolution, the more leads the better. 12 leads for a good reading, though some holters only use 2 or 3 leads for the sake of letting you live your life while you wear them.
You are the second person who has commented on the phone app. I looked up Photoplethysmography which is what the app uses to read your heart rate and it is similar to one of those pulsoximeters that measures your pulse and 02 stats using light. From what I understand this type of meter will not show as a normal ekg wave might look. Check out Photoplethysmography on Wikepedia and you can see a comparison chart between the two. Based on this it tells me that your heart rate looks normal and steady though a touch fast.
