Ventricular tachycardia at 23?

Hi, My name is Matias Bueno, im a 23 year old guy that had a episode of non sustained v tach 2 weeks ago that i caught on a holter monitor. Ive always had racing heart and palpitations here and there but nothing ever like this. I was admitted to a hospital where they did an EP study and a cardiac MRI where everything turned out negative. Before that from last October to last December I had many other tests done. Including countless EKGs, probably around 15, 2 stress tests, 2 stress echos, a regular echocardiogram, as well as many x rays and blood tests. HCM was ruled out, as well as any viruses, CPVT, long qt, short qt,brugada and ARVD. With that being said I have some ekgs thar show inverted t waves in V1 and V2, which i talked to my doc and he said its normal in people with incomplete right bundle branch block. It is also a minor criteria, as well as the episode of NSVT, which could be either a major or minor criteria. He said the v tach was monomorphic, so its probably not brugada either. I have no family history of SCD, no syncope, and no other signs on the EKG. I have gotten 2 MRI specialists to read the MRI, my regular cardiologist, and a chief cardiologist at VCU university hospital, and they all reassured me there is no evidence of ARVD. Negative EP study, no family history, and all these negative tests. Its very worrisome  for me. Before the episode of vtach i was given 60mg of prednisone at a hospital for an allergic reaction, a day and a half later i felt the palpitations and it turned out to be NSVT. My regular cardiologist thinks that the prednisone COULD have caused it, my otther doctor doesnt think so. What are the chances it was the prednisone? Im really worried its ARVD and its killing me inside, this ruined my life, i dont leave my bed, not even to shower, and it ***** being really worried and paranoid about dying all day everyday.

Yup.  Prednisone could very well have been the cause.  There are charts showing breakdown by age, gender, timing with respect to dosing in the following link.  http://www.ehealthme.com/ds/prednisone/arrhythmia/
