abnormal ekg

hi there i am 39 years old and have been haveing some strange heart rhythms.they occur most of the time i am at rest or seated, never when i am working out. my heart seems to have forgotten to beat in proper rhythm with my breathing , then all of a sudden it seem as though it spasms going bump, bump, bummpm........ I usually take a deep breath or two, it then subsides. I got an ekg because of this , it reads
                 normal sinus rythem, rate ......56
                 left anterior fascicularblock....qrs axis  -45 deg, I :40 inferior
                 RSR in v1 or v2
borderline low voltage in frontal leads.............6 frontal leads <.6mv
                 non specific inferoir T abnormalities.....t neg or t/qrs ratio <.05 2,3,f
what does all of this mean??
