What should I do next?

I'm 27 yr old. Female. I've been having palpitations, weakness, breathless, and chest pain randomly for the past two weeks. I'm showing bad tachycardia whenever they do hook me up. I bought a pulse ox and it shows a fluctuating heart rate. While sitting it can go from 70 to 130. I also see constant drops in oxygen before the heart rate becomes erratic. I get tingly in my lips, fingers and toes. My toes have also randomly turned blue and they aren't really cold.
They are saying it's dehydration, anxiety, GI issues etc. I don't think I'm dehydrated. I don't feel anxious before they start.

I did have a few blood tests with a lot of highs and lows. Mainly blood loss indicators and the oxygen in the blood. I'm having an entire GI scope Wednesday. I had an echo today.

I had a holter monitor. I asked for the results but I only got a small paragraph with some notes. I didnt know I wasn't supposed to use an electric blanket. I was on mine most of the time.
Slowest rate is 62, fastest 162, average is 95. My symptoms and the events didn't seem to match up.
I didn't do anything strenuous during the entire 24 hrs. Never walked more than 20 ft at once.

Is there anything more I should ask them to check? Will the electric blanket ruin the results of the holter monitor? Why is my average heart rate so high? I feel like nothing is being explained to me. I'm getting snippets here and there.
