Yep...thank you :-)
This was the best reply i can get..
Yes, it's normal.
What you should try, is to leave your heart to itself. Stop monitoring your heart or try to control it. It doesn't work. The heart controls itself. It can beat faster or harder or slightly irregular, in response to normal stimuli (eating, stress, pressure changes, body position, exercise, heat/cold, infections). Heart rate will vary, stroke volume will vary, blood pressure will vary.
Try to forget that you have a heart and leave the heart to itself.
Yep i have a lot of anxiety....
And any reason of hard heart beat after eating...
Like after lunch i take a nap so when i lay down i feel my hard pounding hard not fast but hard...
Is this normal??
Actually, I haven't seen the question so many times, but I've seen a cardiologist answer this question before, and what I told you was his answer.
Some years ago, I experienced the same everytime I was standing up. For some reason it never happened again. Possibly anxiety is an element too.
Thanks for the help :-)
That menas I am completely normal?
Dose it happens with everyone ...?
Yes I can :-)
If your blood pressure is low, the body needs to activate some mechanisms to prevent you from passing out when standing (including vasoconstriction). This may be felt as pressure in the chest. It's normal.
Pleas any body can tell why heaviness in chest in suddelny standing up?
Yes the heart rate was regular and it slowly speeds up...and by the time it gets normal i feel my chest heavy and little difficult in catching my breadth...
Sounds like low blood pressure, and your heart speeds up to compensate and keep you from passing out.
Was your heart rate regular? And did it gradually speed up? (not jumping from 60 to 120 like flipping a switch?)
