I have seen a doctor for issues with my heart rhythm before, and it was confirmed that my resting heart rate of 72 increases to about 115-120 when I stand. Ultimately, no big deal, not the end of the world. However, when I’m in the shower it can spike up to 200bpm and possibly higher. I measured at 200 immediately after getting out of the shower, and I suspect it may sometimes go higher due to the fact that I often experience loss of hearing and vision going white but did not when taking that measurement. For reference, I am a 26 year old woman, about 115 pounds, and my blood pressure tends low.
