When should I worry about my Heart Rhythm?

I have seen a doctor for issues with my heart rhythm before, and it was confirmed that my resting heart rate of 72 increases to about 115-120 when I stand. Ultimately, no big deal, not the end of the world. However, when I’m in the shower it can spike up to 200bpm and possibly higher. I measured at 200 immediately after getting out of the shower, and I suspect it may sometimes go higher due to the fact that I often experience loss of hearing and vision going white but did not when taking that measurement. For reference, I am a 26 year old woman, about 115 pounds, and my blood pressure tends low.

Well, that's scary in the shower.  You are young and normally have low blood pressure and normal heart rate, so that's good.  Believe it or not, this is a known phenomenon.  When our body is submerged in hot water, it changes temperatures quickly.  This causes your blood vessels dilate to try to help cool off the body.    Blood diverts to the skin, away from the body core.    Heart rate and pulse increase to counteract a drop in blood pressure.  This is what happens with hot tubs, as explained here.     https://health.clevelandclinic.org/hot-tubs-can-land-your-heart-in-hot-water/  What about making your shower cooler?  Wonder if that would help at all.
