Why do my PACS often come in a group

I have been dealing with these for 12 years now however recently now that I am losing my mind over them I notice they like to come on close together. Usually 1 followed by 1-5 normal beats, then another one, repeat one to two more times. Then they will be gone for hours, days or if I am lucky weeks.

Over the longer term they also come on strong for days at a time, then subside for a few days rinse and repeat.

Why do they come in patterns and is this troubling?

That's been my experience as well.  I've passed all the tests and I have been told absent the appearance of any other symptoms to just keep living life.  Also try to manage by reducing stress, caffeine, and all the usual things you have problem read about.
