Craig,  I'm 45 now and my SVT started when I was 33.  I've had four ablations.  I too (like right this moment) get episodes where I have palps non-stop.  Mine started today constant.  I have them everyday here and there.  But an episode at work stressed me and they hit.  Until today I have been taking 800 mg magnesium taurate every day and drinking alot of water.  It seemed to help alot. It's hard to do but the worry is what gets us.  I'm trying to decide whether to go to the hospital as I write this.  All I can say is I guess it can not kill you.
