I am 14 years old and I am experiencing irregular heartbeat

It's been since January, just after I had a pneumonia, that I started feeling those weird and sudden heartbeat, about once a day or so. Now, I can sometime feel my heart losing its rythm, beating in chaos, not too fast nor too slow. Mow of the time, it happens when my heart starts to beat faster : Ex. Before an exam, during/after sports, etc. Most of the time, its after eating. Once, my heart started beating really fast, like a panic attack.

I am a 14 years old boy, a little overweight, not much exercise, altough these days I try to, ate a lot of fast food for the last 1-2 years, but I completely stopped since the beginning of this years. I drink a lot of tea every day, it kind of replaces water. I also like drinking diet cola (1-2 can a day, max). I think it because of stress or too much coffeine, but I am really not sure. Since I started going to school, I have always been really stressed ( I would consider much more than an average kid ), and I sleep really late (00-1am school and an excessive 2-4 am during weekends.)

Awww you are to young to be worrying about things like this :( talk with your parents and ask them to take you to your dr to let him/her look you over. Its probably stress or anxiety but definitely let your parents know what's going on. Try not to stress and worry about your heart because the more you do the worse it will be.

Sorry I meant to say the more you worry and stress over your heart the worse the palpations will be. I wouldn't be worrying over a heart attack at your age but I do think its good to see the dr so they can check your heart for arrythmia.
