hi, i suffer anxiety and it comes from nowhere, it's not contagious so you haven't caught it.
it be happen over thinking about something or worrying over something like money or health.
if you get palpatations and hot sweats then id go to the doc for some blood test to check for thyroid problems, its just routine and its then gonna be diagnosed as anxiety
you won't pass out because our bp goes up when we feel anxious, if you do pass out though get it checked because passing out during an anxiety attack isn't normal.
to get rid of this you can have meds from your doctor or do it yourself and i thats what i did by ignoring the symptoms don not let them bother or worry you as this will cause the anxiety to get worse and then the panic attacks come along, i wont take any meds id prefer to do it alone.
so basically next time you feel breathless and lightheaded or whatever the sypmtom ignore it and let it pass make sure you pay no attention to these, you will notice the sypmtoms wear off more and more over the weeks and then it will go completely.
