Thanks a lot for your comment, this has happened to a relative of mine which made me so curious, having examined , scanned , echo tested, city angiographed and above all, was carefully examined not only by a cardiologist but an interventional cadiologists as well. I was trying to get international cardiologists attention and views for a help in an optimum or of the best alternative to treat him, appreciated .

Sorry you haven't gotten any inputs, but I will admit I do not know what a "bridge LAD disorder" is. It is not a condition I recall ever being discussed on this community (forum).
I can say a resting HR of 30 is too low and something should be done to assure the heart does not stop. I think this is done with a pacemaker in many cases. There may be other approaches, including medications, but I don't know of them myself.
Are you able to discuss with a doctor specializing in heart treatment? A Cardiologist is the what we call that type doctor in the USA.
