Greetings,

No, you are not crazy. I can relate to all you have shared. It is hard to get used to these darn things. I've been to the ER at least 6 times thinking I'm about to die. I've had all battery of tests, and doctors have shared the PVCs are benign and should just get used to them. As I shared before in another post - easier said the done. It is difficukt to get used to feeling these hard internal "thumps" that seem asif your heart is about to stop.

Have you had a chance to visit a cardiologist? Maybe you can have a full work-up and and inquire if medication like a Beta Blocker to help a bit.

Hope you feel better

thank u for giving me support I didnt realize how many people suffer from these pvc and palpatations! they are so fustrating and I wish there was a magic fix, im tired of worring about them it has really isolated me from everything and everyone I thank God I have found so many caring people here for I dont have anyone that understands me and I felt so alone I too get comments like this wont hurt me! but it has I  am housebound now for fear of something bad happing to me in public. I feel like Im not living just living in a nightmare! I want so much to be normal whatever that is? I have no friends and my family lives far from me. so thank u all very much for caring to give me the time of day good luck to u all! at least now I dont feel like Im crazy and im not ashamed anymore!

I to suffer from these every day for that past several months. I actually got about 2 years relief but since about Oct, they are non-stop everyday, but like Heart Sick, some things make them worse. Try not to stress about them bc that will surely make them worse, watch out and monitor your triggers. I currently take alot in (my opinion) of chemical drugs which Iam going to try and switch for natural things bc they are not working anyways and the side effects make you tried and sometimes cause you to feel even worse. There is no quick fix, nor a cure, its mostly just what you can tolerate.

I am so sorry to hear about your hospital stay. I also suffer from pvc's I am now 50 and have had them for about 12 years. Yes they are very scary, I have psvt that is why i get the pvc's. My life has changed dramatically since I spent 5 days in the hospital about 6 years ago for this problem. I have noticed that I can change the frequency of them by staying away from caffiene, chocolate, salt and by drinking lots of water. They seem to get alot wrose when you are not hydrated. I also take one slow-mag ( magnesium chloride-64 mg per tablet) before I go to bed, that has helped quite a bit. My family Dr. recommended it, I did research and it is for the heart. You can buy it at any drug store, give it about a week before you notice a difference. Dr's say you dont die from pvc's I guess we will have to take their word for it. Good luck :)
