during expiration (exhalation), my heart slows.

Hello,

My heart slows down, sometimes very pronounced during a slow and deep exhalation. It seems that the expiry stimulates the parasympathetic nerve, which itself acts on the heart rate by reducing it.

Is this the fact you too ?

Thank you

They call it Sinus arrhythmia. When they give it a name it actually makes someone to think they have a problem but its actually a sign of good health

Perfectly normal. I think it actually indicates you have a healthy cardiovascular system.
