elevated heart rate after a massive panick attack

hello .. i had a massive/horrific panick attack after  smoking medical  marijuana for my anxiety(bad stuff i guess! everything was in slowmotion) ! and my heart rate was through the roof .. 150 and higher..after 30 mins of sinus tachycardia my heart rate went back to normal  but i didnt notice the elevation the day after (stays around 85-90 all the time). my normal  resting heart rate is( 60-65 )  .. i've been working out 6 hours a week for the last 3 months and have a normal BP ( 115 / 75 ) ... its been 3 days since the tachycardia and it is still around 80-90 most of the time.. i dont feel any symptoms like shortness of breath or chest pain..but i feel dizzi sometimes..should i be concerned or is it just temporarily ?

I have really bad anxiety and I definitely can't smoke marijuana, makes anxiety much worse and causes my heart to go way too fast  It's been a long time but if I remember correctly it can take pot a couple of days to get out of your system, so it could be partly that, but my experience usually is that it's anxiety. When my heart rate gets up and I get worried about it, it's going to stay elevated.  Try to quit worrying about it, and don't smoke anymore.

Maybe ask whomever prescribed the marijuana why you would have such a reaction but I suspect it is temporary.  Drink lots of water.  It will help you feel better.
