I agree, your question isn't clear.

But, I'd think your doctor might consider putting you on a beta blocker to lower your HR.  Normal Sinus Rhythm is a good sign, chest pain isn't.

I personally guess i don't understand what your question is and the last line with what is first work?  Could you possibly explain a little further what your question is?
