I just started working on getting into a healthy condition so I guess I get nervous about the numbers there is alot of info on resting heart rate and if I stayed in bed all day
I know I would be fine I am just up and down stairs and such all day and I just bought a heart rate monitor watch so I'm trying to learn whats normal and what isn't. On the treadmill I walk at 3.2 miles per hour then jog at 4.2 for spurts then the last 30 seconds are at 2mph. No tilt yet just started and my knees are shot so I will gradually add that.
Your numbers look rather well to me.
I don't know what you mean by running, what is your MPH, or Minutes per mile? Any slope?
HR also depends on conditioning, not just absolutes in general.
I'd say walking on the level at 3 MPH over 100 is very normal, 125 is at the high end in my view - depends on conditioning.
As for maximum exercise HR best to keep it below 220-age times about 85%.
