i felt like my heart stopped beating. am i ok or should i worry?

yesterday at lunch i ate a little too much. in the evening i threw up, then i went to sleep feeling very weak. in the middle of the night i woke up and my vision was blurred. i thought i saw a cockroach and i got scared. i felt like my heart beats were very strong and could also hear them. then i heard a high-pitched noise and felt my heart stopped. this episode lasted about 4 seconds. a few moments after that it happened again, only this time i tried to move my hand and realized that i can't move at all. i also couldn't see anything, although my eyes were open. this second episode lasted about 6 seconds. after that i felt it was going to happen for the third time so i tried not to panic and thought happy thoughts and it helped.

i am 27, female, healthy

I'm pretty sure I learned in my CPR class that when your heart actually stops you physically cannot breathe.

You should get it checked out though.

When my heart felt like it stopped, I froze, but could move, cause I panic, like and  get up and move. If you could not move your hand, then I would get this checked out. Was it anxiety or was it something else.
