my ecg report states 1st degree block tachycardia atrial ectopics

Hi i will try keep this short.... My heart rate increased to 154 resting altho i was at work the time i walked up a corridor at the time...went to gp had ecg and a 48 hour monitor.The receptionist has phoned to say it shows 1st degree block sinus tachycardia, atrial ectopics and heart rate fluctuated between 52-131 i have an appointment with cardiology in 5 weeks can anyone shed any light sometimes i can literally feel my heart beating so hard i feel like my body is pulsating
