need help with cardiac language

I just got my results from a cardiac event monitor. I have tachy-brady syndrome. Can anyone please explain these terms. Bradycardia with SVPB's? Ectopic atrial rhythm? Sinus bradycardia with junctional beats?  Any info would be so helpful.

The tachy-brady syndrome is not normal for me and he is going to work with what he calls a super specialist to figure out if I need a pace maker. He said that this is complicated. I see the other specialist tomorrow. Thanks for your help.

Tachy - tachycardia - a heartbeat that is over 100 beats per minute
Brady - bradycardia - a heartbeat that is under 60 beats per minute

SVPB - supraventricular premature beats (extra beats that originate above the heart's ventricles; they are from the upper (supra) chambers, or the atria)

Ectopic atrial rhythm - Ectopic (extra) atrial (upper chambers)

Sinus bradycardia - normal rhythm, but less than 60 bpm

Not sure about juncional beats

What did the doctor say about the results?  They may be normal for you, but it would depend on the total picture.
