yup me too...hope you get better jenny!!! dan
Yes let me know! Sorry you ended up with a lousy time. :(
Funny enough, later last night after posting, I had about an hour's worth of really bad PVCs. Talk about irony!
I started on magnesium citrate today to try and decrease these darned things. I'll let you know how it goes (if you want!).
sorry I just saw this post, not sure how I missed it yesterday but yes - stress or emotions can make our symptoms much worse; hopefully for only a short duration
I remember a couple of months ago when we were going shopping sitting at a red light and got sideswiped...grrr I started getting irritated because we didn't have much time because our son was driving down from GA and spending the week with us...made me madder and stressed that he would have to sit in the heat at our house until we got back..it took 2 hours by the time it was done I was boiling and my chest was pounding and thumping out of my body. I didn't calm down until almost bedtime - luckily our son didn't get there much before we did but still I let the situation get the better of me and cause me more grief than I probably would have had I reacted differently :P
Hope you're feeling better today and no symptoms.
Thank you so much! Usually mine are only at night, occasionally during the day (the ones I feel anyway), and theres the occasional from walking across the room, and then today-stress and my word, I thought great, Im going to be in the hospital from unnecessary stress! Thank you so much for replying! :)
Yes, this has definitely happened to me before. Usually the stressful event that brings on my PVCs is... PVCs. I have runs occasionally too, and those REALLY freak me out. Even though it's sometimes impossible, best thing to do is try not to think about them and realize that they are not going to kill you if your heart is normal.
Good luck!
