What did your Dr. tell you? If you feel he didn't get the full picture with the tests they did, you should go back and find out what is causing your chest pain and shortness of breath. These symptoms should not be ignored. Also your HR and BP are way too high. Good luck... if that Dr will not pursue this, you should seek out one who will.
I might be able to help a little. When my heart races, my bp goes up a lot , and my chest hurts. My PAC/PVC increase to about 10 -12 a minute. It feels like my heart is beating out of my chest. However, my chest hurts on the left side, not the right like yours. Since my echo was fine, my cardiologist said that it was chest wall pain - the area surrounding the heart. I was put on a calcium channel blocker (Cartia 240mg ) and it helped but probably not fully until the fourth week. I saw small, little changes before that. It helped with the force of the heart beat, slowed my heart down some which helped the chest wall pain.
You may need to talk to your dr.and he/she might want to increase your dose or change your medication. At first I was on a small amount of verapamil and it didn't do anything. I went off of it, tried beta blockers which made me miserable, went off of that. Now I'm on a the new calcium blocker but like I said earlier it took about 4 weeks to see a big difference for me.
