strong heartbeats

Hi, i am a 32 year old female woman. I am wondering what happened to my heart. It started 4 weeks ago, my heart beats at a normal speed, but, then it speeds up and start panting and my heart vibrations become visible on the left side of my chest. When i look at my heart, i can see my shirt go up and down. When im sleeping, it really annoys me when i lay down on the left side of my chest. I can feel it beat. My heart beats hard when im sleeping. Most of the time I wake up fustrated and annoyed by my heart. When i go swimming in the pool by myself, the water makes ripples from the beat vibrations of my heart. The vibration is so hard and powerful, that the vibration is big, and all red.
After the strong heartbeat vibrations. The area where my heart beats is all red. I can even hear my own heartbeat without a microphone. I've asked my doctor, he said i was completely safe. All i had to do was slow down on the caffeen. I never smoke or took drugs. Can you tell me how your heart beats?

I am 41, and for four months, my heart has been beating hard.  My heart rate is fine and my blood pressure is fine.  The doctors say it is nothing if it doesn't accompany any other symptoms in a person my age.  Although, I find it almost debilitating and I have kids and a business to run.  Very difficult.  I was looking through another forum, can't find it now, but someone said to check magnesium and potasium.  And take beta blockers.  I'm going to check these things out with my dr or pharmacist.  good luck.

Are you saying that 4 weeks ago, you experienced episodes where your heart beat increases rapidly and causes you to have problems breathing, causing you to pant?

Also, are you thin? People that are thin to very thin may be more prone to see movement of skin on their chest as their heart beats.

Also, are you saying that in your ears you can hear your heart beating? (you said without a microphone, I trust that you mean that the sounds are in your ears).

Do you know what your blood pressure is? Is it normal or high?

I am also a woman with strong heartbeats.
Sometimes when im doing nothing but sitting there, i can see my heartbeat. My left breast has been the best spot for my heart to beat. Also the hardest spot. My heartbeat probably isnt as strong as yours. I dont even know how your heart beats so strong. My clothes move from my heart vibrations too. I let my friends feel my heartbeat. They think im healthy. I dont know.
