PVC's and heart damage, 2 part question.

I experience PVC's, since i was 16. Now i get them everyday all day, (don't know why all of a sudden they are so frequent now, used to be once a week or once a month, can anyone tell me why?). They come as often as every 3 minutes to once an hour. It seems to me that these "Blips" in the rythym cannot be good for the heart muscle. I am concerned about this. My question is can these damage the heart? With as many as i get, it does'nt seem to me that it can be good for the heart over time.

Also, does anyone experience more PVC's when raising your left arm high, or laying on your left side, or bending over? I get more (or notice them more) when i do these things. I also get more severe ones when i am getting sick with the flu or cold.

Sorry about the questions being so long. i am just trying to cope with this and understand more.
Thanks for reading.

HELLO there! To my knowledge and from what my many cardiologist and electrothesiologist have told me,as long as you have a structurally normal heart, pvcs will not damage your heart. There are rare cases though that they have caused some sort of cardiomapathy but like I said again that is rare.I have had them since I was 19 and am almost 29..some days i will of had thousands!!!!!Have you had tests done to monitor your heart and have been seen by a cardio?

My PVCs are worse and/or more noticeable when I lay on my left side as well.  I think it's because there's more pressure on your heart when you're in that position.  More weight from organs, muscle, etc. is pressing on that side of your body, when laying on the left side.  That's my theory!  I always have to fall asleep on my right side.
