Dark blood in stool, rapid weight gain, extreme fatigue episodes, mood swings

Hello, I am a 28 year old white male.

Very short past summary which might be connected :

2008-9 had a cyst/blister on one of the sides of my anus, after 2-3 days it popped, cleaned it and that was the last i seen it.
2013 it came back this time was trying to last working with it untill i could no more and went to emergency department where they operated me on the same day , apparently it was very large and the "tip" was inverted so it could not pop.  I had a horrible diet or pizzas, ice cream, sandwiches , kebabs.
After operation staying at home and eating the tramadol that they gave me I was like new. Forgot about it soon enough and went on with my life.
2016 My diet changed drastically together with exercise, however during hot summers plus failing to shower after a drinking day I realised that the cyst is connected to my immune system. Surely enough after eating some garlics, lemons/grapefruits , salads the cyst would go the next day, like this with on and off cyst i lasted untill today. During period that i did not drink any alcohol ( 1.5 years ) i had no cyst.

Until December 22 last year, i had a very fast metabolism ( would use the toilet for nr.2 no less than once a day, had plenty of days when i had to go five times ). I had problems with alcohol ( beer ) on and off.

On that day, i went to the toilet after having some drinks after work with my colleagues  after feeling done and wiping myself i saw a very dark bloody toilet paper, i am a fairly rational person, but that scared me after i finished and stood up and saw the water in toilet completely bloody, dark blood similar to red wine.

After that i red online and everywhere it wrote that I should wait and see for a few days.

On next time after using the rest room it was still very bloody, but nowhere near what it was. I assume that a "blood bag" broke inside and that there was only residue left. On December 25 there was no trace and i sort of left it unchecked, since i had no pain or discomfort.

Fast forward to today ( 2nd of march ), I had exactly the same bloody stool, but this time i do feel some sort of burning sensation inside the rectum/anus or whatever it is called. This time I also saw on the paper some blood clots like when women have periods.

This time I am worried since coincidentally i have gained 4 kilograms in those 3 months while eating less and being more active ( I used to eat very heavy weight gain diet of 500g's of rice, turkey, salad etc per day gaining only 1 kg in 2 months ). I had a few episodes of feeling so tired that I just went to sleep during daytime ( luckily weekends ), sleeping 14-16 hours. I am a very cheerful person, but i have started feeling irritated at irrational things like bus being late ( makes no difference to me ), my girlfriend asking me something too many times, internet lag etc..

Right now i can only be seen by a doctor at 20th of april... unless i go private, before which i'd hoped maybe someone will have an idea what it could be, maybe i am just over reacting.

Thanks in advance for any replies|!
