Does this sound like hemerrhoids? Someone please help!

I have symptoms that I'm hoping are just hemerrhoids but I"m worried I have something worse.  Can someone PLEASE tell me whether these sound like hemerrhoids?

* Lump outside anus.  It is not sensitive to touch.  It feels firm but not as hard as a marble.  It's bigger than a pea--perhaps the size of a large marble.
* I have itchiness around my anus and some soreness.  Slightly bothersome but not very painful.
* My bowel movements have changed in the past week or so.  Two days I went three times in one morning.  Two days I only had very small or no BM at all.
* I have a slight feeling of fullness in the anus area but not extreme.
* I have passed more gas (lots of air coming out, like a window is open in there, but not smelly)
* I have a history of HPV/abnormal paps (twice, but both times it cleared up within six months)
* I delivered a giant baby vaginally seven years ago and think I had hemerrhoids after that - but I assumed they went away
*Other than in the past week, I have not experienced constipation at all so no pushing or anything that would have led to hemerrhoids
*I'm 49 years old and normal weight (132 lbs, 5'9) but 15 lbs more than I was in high school
* I exercise twice a week and eat a mixed diet - veggies and fruit every day but also carbs and sugar; no fast food
*Non-smoker and no family history of anal/rectal cancer.  But lots of cancer in the family.

Please give me feedback if you can!!  Thank you!!

It sure sounds like hemorrhoids to me.  If so, then the lump should resolve or at least become smaller and softer within the next couple weeks.  If not, then consider getting it checked out by a doctor or nurse.  Part of the good news for you is that they are not thrombosed which would cause you lots of pain (when my first started, that's what I had).
Your diet sounds pretty good but you might consider taking some dietary fiber supplements, examples being FiberCon and Metamucil.
