Sorry to hear that is going on.  What are you doing to help with this?  Please consult with your doctor for guidance but also, these things can help.  Eat high fiber food, use a topical treatment, soak regularly in a warm bath or sitz bath, and take a pain reliever such as Tylenol or motrin.  https://www.mayoclinic.org/diseases-conditions/hemorrhoids/diagnosis-treatment/drc-20360280 Let us know how you are doing.

Sara is right except for the Tylenol, don’t take any pain reliever, keep hydrated with WATER not beer, soda or any other crap. DONT eat a lot of processed food like cold cuts, white bread, crackers n cookies. DO EAT high fiber fruits n Vegetables and foods high in omega3 like wild Alaskan salmon. Opioid Pain killers can cause hemorrhoids, so can weight lifting as can many other activities of youth. Most importantly see you doctor.  in the mean time get some witch hazel and put it on a cotton ball and tuck it between your cheeks against the hemorrhoid but not inside you body, leave it for about 10 to 15 minutes it will shrink them temporarily and relieve itching.

I used to have haemorrhoids when I was younger but could never figure out what had caused it; sometimes it occurred in summer, winter, or spring.
The best remedy I ever got from one of the doctors, who I last saw about it. He suggested sitting in heavily salted water as hot as I can handle. If you worry about your nutsack try to hold it up by wearing a tight jog as you dip your backside in hot water. Mind you your haemorrhoids will get a burning sensation as you dip your backside in the water and keep repeating it on a daily basis until it's gone however would suggest repeating this as often as you can. For me, this saltwater treatment became the best remedy over any medicinal creams the other docs used to subscribe me before. I hope this help...!!!

I think they call it a sitz bath and yes, it is supposed to be excellent for the roids.  I have had good luck with using prep H after going number one, then next time I would go number one, using a tucks wipe and just leaving it in my underwear until next time I went to the bathroom. Alternating back and forth. When I had two kids, I had terrible roids and this is what the hospital would have me do.  Believe it or not, straining during a bowel movement  can cause it.  My diet changes with the seasons, maybe your diet changed too and that is involved.

I had a similar problem. I started taking vitamin D and amazingly they never bothered me again after that. I would start taking vitamin D.
