I have a question about Hemorrhoidectomy's?

I'm a diabetic, and well I've i had surgery to remove the internal hemorrhoid, and well the first few days were rough, but my main concern, being a diabetic and all, Is the bleeding, I'll get it every couple of days or so.. it's not soaked up with blood when i wipe, but a small amount is in the toilet, and a little is on the TP i use.

My concern is.. How long does the bleeding last... I know it's only been a week, but i'm really worried, and not sure what to make of this... My instructions really only talk about the meds they prescribed, and if it's infected.

It's not infected, i'm just not sure what to think... i would hate to have to go back for more surgery, over a small amount of blood from wiping...

Anyways if anyone knows anything about Hemorrhoidectomy's or are familiar with the procedure let me know if i'm over worrying.... I'm just concerned this will turn into a serious thing.
