Is this pressure I'm feeling every day, all day for 5 months hemorrhoids

In December I had some constipation which I believe caused hemorrhoids. I've never had blood nor itching that is described. What I do have is pressure in my rectum. Each morning I awake and it's like a reset. I have no pressure in my rectum then about 20 minutes into my day the pressure begins and worsens as the day goes on. Sitting makes it worse. I've gone as far as to avoid sitting from the time I wake to the time I go to bed. Other times I'll stay on my feet for the majority of the day and then lay on my side in bed and watch TV until it's time to sleep to avoid the pressure feeling getting worse. Visually when I took a look it looks like skin tags, 3 of them and they are smaller when I wake and then look swollen during the middle/end of the day. My OBGYN did take a look and she said yes you have hemorrhoids and they are very small but you'll have them for the rest of your life. I don't want to accept this. Havings this feeling of pressure every day forever. My husband says he thinks I'm holding tension/clenching my rectum which is aggravating them causing the swelling/pressure. I don't believe I'm doing this. I've tried all the creams and pads and they do nothing. Sitz bath will lessing the pressure for about an hour then it just comes back. Is anyone experiencing this feeling of pressure too? Have you been able to alleviate it and keep it from reoccurring?
