Painful purple lump(s)

I have never had hemorrhoids. However, I have been dealing with rectocele which I've been having to manually reduce. In addition, I suddenly have a very painful purplish lump next to my anus. It seems to be spreading out as opposed to just one lump getting bigger. I'm trying hard to wait to see my urogyn but this started on Thursday. It is now Saturday, and he won't be in the office until Tuesday (plus he's 2 hours away.) I can handle it as long as it isn't too obviously serious. I know that no one can diagnose this through photos, but a general opinion would be greatly appreciated

Doesn't itch Only looked because of pain. Used a bit of hemorrhoid cream yesterday. It didn't shrink it, but it did make it more comfortable for awhile. This is day 4.I guess I should be thankful it has gotten worse. The prolapse hasn't been an issue since this started so maybe there's a connection. Whatever. I just got over surgery to remove TVT mesh. Now this. Pretty frustrating.  Thanks for the help.

Hi and welcome. Have your been scratching this area? Looks like an irritation induced by scratching. Even  a quick scratch with dirty fingers can start this. That whole area is very sensitive to trama of any kind and dosent take much to inflame the tissue.
When i get similar things like this, my doctor prescribed a dab  of OTC 1% cortizone cream with aloe to stop the inflamation. Usually settles down in about a day. He also advised to use sparingly as is a skin tinner.
