white spots on external hemorrhoid
Im a 20 year old female. i discovered an external hemorrhoid on my anus on February 24th and it is now February 27th. the white spots were not there until today. today i started using Tucks personal cleansing pads that are meant for the anus and Anusol plus hemorrhoidal ointment. when i used them at lunch, they relieved the pain. but when i used them 20 mins ago (8 pm) and it caused abit of burning. by abit i mean alot.. and thats when i discovered the white spots.
i have also been constipated for 5-6 days now. i have taken stool softeners.. didnt work. been drinking ALOT of water. and i have been eating foods with high fibers. im dont want to push too hard while trying to poop and make my hemorrhoid worse.. what can i do to relieve my pain.. :( please help
