Could I have gotten anny kind of hepatitis?

Hey, this happend recently and I don't know what it is! So I wonder if anyone here might know what this is.
I was in a birthday not long ago at a resturant.
I ordered some red wine and got a not fully clean glass, I could have told the staff to give me another one, but I didn't really care too much. Later that night we took some drinks, and the next day I got some small bumps on my lips, almost unnoticeable but I could feel them there, at first it didn't bother me much unless I thought that I could have gotten the worst, so I asked someone to buy me a cream against herpes virus. I have not been kissing anyone, gone to any restaurant or drink from anything else then home.
These bumps disappeared about some days after while using the cream a day or two.
About a week after that, I went to a doctor and got something to test me with, now I only had about one small unnoticabale bump. Later that night I went drinking with my friend at my place it seemed like they appeared again later that night, this was on Friday this week, the bumps now is really hurtful and seems like some fluid is coming out more than last time. Now I have been using the same cream and it don't seem to be much better, unless the bumps aren't so bumpy, more like dot's that are leaking. It feel like my lips are really dry when letting them be, but they are actually very soft, it's just the feeling of super dry painful lips.
