To medhelp - I can't send pm's

Hi Medhelp,
I see you have introduced a code which has to be filled in before a pm can be sent.  I tried several times but could not get my code to be accepted.  I presumed that the letters in bold type are supposed to be in caps and the rest in small.  So please help me out here, what's the secret to getting the code right?

Obvious, but some times one or more of the letters is truncated to fit in window. Sometimes gotta look closely or get a new set of letters.. Hope this helps.

Yeah, I just had a problem with one, there was a bold letter and then all the rest and it wouldn't take my version....

I was having the same problem and sent a note to med help.  They responded saying that the code box is to small and the letters get bunched: two v v look like a w in the box so the code doesn't work. They told me to close down the site and open it back up again.  Hope it works for you!

I really don't understand, I've never had any problems with it. Marcia

I started off by writing all the letters small.  When that didn't work I tried writing the ones that looked like capitals as capitals.  When that didn't work I tried writing the ones in bold as capitals.  I never got it to work.  The trouble is that it's not always clear which of the letters are capitals.

Do you really need to use a code?  If so, then I suggest you don't use capitals or at least make it obvious which ones are capitals

Thanks,

The letters in bold are not supposed to be capital. You should just write the letters how you see them, but don't make them bold. If the letters are capital, you write them capital.
