My got infected Hbs positive 2011. I came to while donating blood. Now What can do?

Hi, In 2011 I found Hbs Positive while donating blood. Than I went to Liver Specialist he suggested me few test the results are SGPT Alt- 25.0, HbeAg- No reactive (0.448), HbsAg-Positive(3362.95), HBV DNA- 1129 copies/ml. After seeing my test report he just suggested me some vitamins. After two years of my first test I retest again with the result SGPT Alt- 31, HbeAg- Non reactive (0.371), HbsAg- Positive (2595.28), HBV DNA- Below 116 Copies/ml. After that I dont take any test. So, What should I do now? please advice me.

You are HbeAg negative with a very low viral load (116 copies/ml, about 20 iu/ml), your ALT is normal (less than 30 IU/L), so you fit the description of an inactive carrier in the Immune control phase (hbvdna < 2,000 iu/ml, ALT normal). In this state, treatment is not needed as medication will not do better. Not too sure about your HBsAg as the unit of your quantity is not stated. In general, a HBsAg < 1,000 iu/ml will support further the state of inactivity.
You should have regular checkup of your HBsAg (qualitative), hbvdna and ALT, at least once every year to see whether you stay the same or there are changes, such as rise in hbvdna, that may indicate you need to start treatment, or your HBsAg may turn negative indicating you are cured.
