16 weeks negative after exposure still have symptoms

My test results can negative after 16 weeks for hep b but I still have symptoms like dark urine. Pain in stomach and no taste in tongue.i m also concerned  I have 6 year old son his urine also became dark I m worried if I passed him hep during my acute stage.and when can my test be conclusive my dr says 6 months.please guide I am diabetic 41 year married male. Please guide
