Tested positive for Hep B. .

And jaundice eyes, weakness, abdominal pain. Alt is 2518 and ast is 1870u/l. Is this acute or chronic. Not been able to see a doctor how bad is this and what can i use to lower  i use to lower this

Most chronic is from birth.  You are experiencing acute.  What you can do is support the body at this point by not putting toxins and sugars anything that can inflammation the liver.  I would also take reishi mushroom to lower the viral load.  Take cut c and d as well.  Green tea to detox liver.
