Needle stick !? What shall i do with hbv !?

Hello everyone

I get stick by insulin pen needle today while i am in my friend house. I asked him about his state but he it been long time since he last tested almost 2 years. I called him to do the test and he said i am out of the town and I might cone back after a week or so .

So i went to privet clinic and i done hiv - hbv ag/ab - hcv tests

And here is my results

Hbs ag - Nagtive
Hbs ab 105 U/l  immune

So I remember i took the hbv vaccine last year in the middle of October but I just took one dose and I couldn't complete the course because i went back to my country .

So please answer my questions

Am i immune against HBV !?
What shall i do now !?

( I just had 1 dose last year and I didn't completed the course)

So is my hbs ab 105 U\I will protect me if my friend needle had the HBV !?

Shall i take the second dose now !?
Do i have to take the HSBG or just the HBV vaccine alone !?

Don't worry you ate immunized against hbv more than 10uiis protected

My hbs ab result 105 U/I

And in the internet they measure the hbv titer with UI/I unit

Also you said in your lab 10-100 considered protective but in which unit
U/I or UI/I !?

Sorry i am not good in mathematics but is there any different !?

in my lab levels 10-100 is considered as protective but low so renew it cuz you don't know when it'll drop below 10

I did read in some articles in the internet

And there is some saying

If the u/l more than 10 so there is protection
If it less so you have no protection

So I just want to know

Do i have to take the vaccine alone or do i have to take HBIG with it !?

Because i am afraid if my friend has HBV and his needle already stick my in this morning!?

105 is low level of antibodies but should be protective. You should renew your vaccacine definatelly anyway.
